摘要
目的探讨前列地尔对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心肌功能的保护作用及90d内再入院率的影响。方法研究对象为2012年2月至2014年5月本院收治的80例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者，依据患者入院顺序均分为研究组和对照组，各40例。两组患者均给予常规心衰药物治疗，研究组在此基础上另给予前列地尔，观察两组治疗前后心肌功能指标[左心室射血分数（LVEF）、左室舒张末期内径（LVDd）、左室收缩末期容量（LVESV）]及6min步行试验距离（6MWD），并随访两组患者90d内再入院率。结果与治疗前相较，两组治疗后LVEF、6MWD显著升高或增大，LVDd、LVESV显著降低；治疗后与对照组相较，研究组LVEF、6MWD升高或增大显著，LVDd、LVESV降低显著，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）；研究组治疗后90d内再入院率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论前列地尔不仅有效提高慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心肌功能，且显著降低90d内再入院率。
Objective To study the effects of alprostadil on myocardial function and re-admission rate within 90 days in patients with chronic congestive heart failure. Methods From February, 2012 to May, 2014, 80 patients with chronic congestive heart failure treated at our hospital were taken as study objects and were divided into a control group （40 cases） and a study group （40 cases） according to their admission order. Both groups were treated with routine drugs for heart failure; in addition, the study group were given alprostadil. The indexes of myocardial function [left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）, left ventricular end diastolic diameter （LVDd）, left ventricular end systolic volume （LVESV）] and 6 min walking distance （ 6MWD ） of the two groups were observed before and after treatment; and the re-admission rates within 90 days of the two groups were followed up. Results After treatment, the LVEF and 6MWD in the two groups increased significantly, and the LVDd and LVESV in the two groups decreased significantly; and the LVEF and 6MWD increased more significantly and the LVDd and LVESV decreased more significantly in the study group than in the control group, with statistical differences （ all P 〈 0.05 ） . The re-admission rate within 90 days was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Alprostadil can not only effectively improve myocardial function in patients with chronic congestive heart failure, but also significantly reduce the re-admission rate within 90 days.
