依那普利和美托洛尔治疗充血性心力衰竭30例观察

摘要 目的　评价依那普利和美托洛尔治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法　 3 0例依那普利和美托洛尔联用治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭作为治疗组 ,2 0例单用依那普利治疗者为对照组。以超声心动图比较治疗前及治疗 4周后 ,左室收缩和舒张末期容量 (ESV和EDV)及左室射血分数 (LVEF)。结果　两组治疗前后的LVFE均明显升高 ,且治疗组LVEF、EDV明显优于对照组。结论　依那普利和美托洛尔联用治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭安全有效。
