摘要
阴虚证是许多临床慢性病高发的中医证型,故建立模拟中医阴虚证相关证候的动物模型,对于探讨阴虚证的病理机制及提高中医药的临床疗效均有重要意义。通过查阅相关文献,根据中医阴虚证模型建立的指导思想和方法,将阴虚证的造模思路分为模拟阴虚证证候特点,模拟阴虚病因病机和模拟临床阴虚证高发病造模。对其造模思路和具体方法进行分析和比较,以期为建立更加科学、更加符合中医阴虚证特点的动物模型提供参考。
Yin -deficiency syndrome （YinDS） is a common type of （Traditional Chinese Medicine, TCM） syndromes in many chronic diseases. Correspondingly, it is very important to duplicate a pertinent animal model for investigating the pathological mechanism of YinDS. According to the results of the literature, three means for YinDS animal model reconstruction were identified, i. e. , simulating the symptoms, imitating the etiology and duplicating the common diseases with a highly likely symptom of the YinDS. This review evaluates the designing methods of the YinDS, thus to provide a reference in this field.
