摘要
目的：从免疫学角度探讨中医阴虚、阳虚、气虚证的本质及其变化规律。方法：选择阳虚证、阴虚证、气虚证病人，进行外周血中性粒细胞（ＰＭＮ）化学发光、Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群测定，并与对照组比较。结果：阳虚证、气虚证病人ＰＭＮ化学发光值明显降低，其程度阳虚证大于气虚证，阴虚证没有变化；阳虚证、气虚证病人ＣＤ８亚群明显降低，阴虚证没有明显变化。对于ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４亚群，阴虚、阳虚、气虚证无明显改变，３组间亦无显著差别。结论：阳虚证、气虚证ＰＭＮ吞噬功能、ＣＤ８亚群比值明显降低，与阴虚证存在显著差别。ＰＭＮ化学发光值、ＣＤ８亚群比值可能是阴虚、阳虚、气虚三证本质区别的重要指标之一。
Objective:To study the essence of the Yin,Yang and Qi deficiency from view of immune Method:Chose the patients suffering from Yin,Yang and Qi deficiency,and test ther ratio of their T lymphocyte subpopulation and the values of chemiluminescence of the PMN Then the result was compared with the contrasts Result:The values of chemiluminescence of the PMN and the ratio of the CD 8 decreased significantly in those with Yang and Qi deficiency,while didn't in Yin deficiency The ratios of the CD 3 and CD 4 didn't change significantly in Yin,Yang and Qi deficiency Conclusion:The phagcytic function of PMN and the ratio of CD 8 decreased significantly in Yang and Qi deficiency,and deffered from that in Yin deficiency The values of chemiluminescence of PMN and the ratio of CD 8 are probably one of the indexes of differences between Yin,Yang and Qi deficiency
