摘要
知识密集服务企业是促进制造企业服务创新的第三方力量,与之发展关系紧密意义重大.本研究对知识密集服务关系嵌入与制造企业服务创新的关系进行检验,并重点分析了探索性学习的中介作用和技术能力的调节效应.研究发现,商业型知识密集服务关系嵌入和技术型知识密集服务关系嵌入对制造企业服务创新都有显著正向影响,探索性学习在其中发挥着中介机制作用;进一步,技术能力在知识密集服务关系嵌入与探索性学习两者关系间起到调节作用.其中,技术能力正向调节技术型知识密集服务关系嵌入与探索性学习的关系,但对商业型知识密集服务关系嵌入与探索性学习的关系没有显著影响.
KIBS is well known as the third part that can promote the service innovation in manufacturing firms, which make it vital for manufacturing firms to build close ties with KIBS. It examined the relationship between KIBS relational embeddedness and manufacturing firms' service innovation and paid special attention on the mediating effect of explora- tion learning and the moderating effect of technological capability. The empirical evidence shows that both P-KIBS rela- tional embeddedness and T-KIBS relational embeddedness have direct impacts on the manufacturing firms' service inno- vation, in which exploration learning shows significant mediating effect. Further, technological capability has modera- ting impact on the relationship of KIBS relational embeddedness and exploration learning of manufacturing firms. Tech- nological capability moderates the relationship between T-KIBS relational embeddedness and exploration learning, but has no impact on the relationship between P-KIBS relational embeddedness and exploration learning.
