摘要
分析GA313型浆纱机主要性能特点。从经轴退绕、浆槽、烘房、上蜡、干分绞等方面分析了该浆纱机的特点。指出:浆纱机有效工作幅宽的增加使得经轴容量增大,整经头份增多,既提高生产效率,又减轻工人劳动强度,并提高织轴质量;解决了细号高密宽幅家纺品种双轴生产带来的弊病;压浆力的增加使得出浆槽的浆纱压出加重率降低,节约能源的同时提高了浆纱机速度;双层上蜡装置使用使经纱密度降低,经纱上蜡更加均匀,浆纱挡车工操作更加方便快捷,二次毛羽减少,降低织机由于毛羽纠缠造成的停机,提高织机效率。认为GA313型浆纱机尤其适用于高密宽幅家纺产品的生产。
Main performance characteristics of GA313 sizing machine were analyzed from warp beam unwin- ding, size box, drying room, waxing, dry splitting device and so on. It is pointed that the increase of sizing machine effective working width leads to the increase of warp beam capacity and warping number, reducing the workers la- bor intensity, improving production efficiency and warp beam quality. The problems in double beam production of fine, high density and wide home textile are solved. The increase of squeezing pressure leads to the decrease of siz- ing extrusion weighting percentage,saving energy and improving sizing machine speed. Warp density is decreased and warp waxing is spread evenly using double layer waxing equipment. Sizing worker operation is more conven- ient. Secondary hairiness and down time are reduced. Loom efficiency is improved. It is considered that GA313 siz- ing machine is especially suitable for production of high density and wide home textile.
