喷气织机织造多纬提花织物的实践 被引量:12

摘要 为在喷气织机上顺利开发多纬提花织物,对生产工艺流程和技术措施进行了调整与优化。认为在浆料选择上要以高浓低粘、延伸性好的浆料为主,上浆以被覆增强为主,兼顾浸透。优选织造工艺,减轻织机和经纱所承受的负荷,适当加大经纱上机张力,提高梭口清晰度。从设备、工艺、原料等方面采取综合措施,解决了多纬提花织物易产生的堆积纬缩和扭结纬缩问题,织机效率由70%提高到85%,下机一等品率达到92%。 To develop multi-filling jacquard fabric in air-jet loom, processing circulation and technology measures were optimized and adjusted. Higher concentration & lower viscosity and better extensibility are the better specialities for size mixture, increasing coverage with imbue is the demand for sizing. Weaving processing was optimized to reduce load of loom and warps, warp loom tension was increased to enhance shed sharpness. Problems of stack weft kinks and kinky kinks in multi-filling jacquard fabric are resolved, loom efficiency are enhanced from 70% to 85% and first grade percentage before cloth repairing can be reach 92% through adopting measures in equipments, processing, materials and so on.
