摘要
对壳聚糖/棉混纺纬平针针织物进行煮练、漂白和碱缩前处理,研究前处理工艺对织物抗菌性能的影响。结果表明:当煮练用NaOH质量浓度为18 g/L,漂白用H2O2质量浓度为1 g/L,碱缩用NaOH质量浓度为160~180 g/L时,前处理后的混纺织物既具有良好的抗菌性能,又能达到前处理工艺效果的要求。
The scouring, bleaching and alkali shrinkage pretreatment of chitosan/cotton blended knitted fabric are carried out. The effect of pretreatment process on antibacterial performance of fabric is stud- ied. The results show that the prepared fabric blends have good antibacterial properties and can meet the pretreatment requirements under the conditions of 18 g/L NaOH for scouring, 1 g/L H2O2 for bleach- ing, and 160N180 g/L NaOH for alkali shrinkage.
