摘要
合成了3-(2,3-二羟基丙基)-5,5-二甲基海因,并通过共聚反应将其引入聚氨酯结构中,制备了抗菌水性聚氨酯乳液。研究发现:在扩链后加入3-(2,3-二羟基丙基)-5,5-二甲基海因参与共聚制得的聚氨酯具有良好的可乳化性,且乳液粒径较小、稳定性较好,同时可提高WPU薄膜的热稳定性;3-(2,3-二羟基丙基)-5,5-二甲基海因可促进聚氨酯的软段结晶;3-(2,3-二羟基丙基)-5,5-二甲基海因共聚聚氨酯对金黄葡萄球菌与大肠埃希菌具有良好的抑制作用,聚氨酯与纤维表面结合强度是影响其耐洗性的重要因素,紫外光照射可使活性氯含量迅速下降,但再次氯化依旧可获得较高的恢复率。
3-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)-5,5-dimethylhydantoin is synthesized and incorporated into the polyurethane structure via copolymerization,resulting in the preparation of an antibacterial waterborne polyurethane(WPU)emulsion.The results show that when 3-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)-5,5-dimethylhydantoin is introduced through copolymerization after the chain extension step,the prepared polyurethane exhibits excellent emulsifiability,smaller particle size,and better storage stability.In addition,the thermal stability of the WPU film is enhanced.The incorporation of 3-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)-5,5-dimethylhydantoin also promotes soft segment crystallization in the polyurethane.The antibacterial polyurethane shows good inhibitory effects against S.aureus and E.coli.The bonding strength between polyurethane and fiber surfaces is identified as a key factor influencing its washing durability.The active chlorine content decreases rapidly during UV irradiation process,but it can be substantially restored through rechlorination.
