摘要
为了解决公路沥青路面大修所用材料技术经济问题,基于既有路面结构及现状病害情况,提出了新路面处治方案,并对提出的新路面方案进行了路面结构组合设计,确定了其路面结构层厚度和材料设计参数。在乳化沥青冷再生混合料材料配合比设计的基础上,系统研究了其施工工艺流程,确定了其机具组合,拌合、摊铺、碾压技术要求。试验路工程现场检测表明,各项路用性能指标满足规范要求,施工质量良好,采用乳化沥青冷再生技术进行沥青路面养护是可行的。
In order to solve highway asphalt pavement repair materials for technical and economic problems, in view of the School of Civil Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu 610039, China pavement structure and the present damages, the new project for the pavement construction is put forward. Meanwhile, the layers' thickness and material index are confirmed before the combination de- sign as for the new project is made. Based on the mixing proportion, the technological process is studied systematically and the requirements for mechanical combination, mixing, paving and grinding are made. The examination on the test roads shows the performance meets the standard in all aspects and the con- struetion goes very well so it is feasible to maintain the road by'using cold recycling emulsified mixture.
