摘要
通过物理力学室内试验,探讨不同铣刨料掺量对乳化沥青稳定碎石混合料性能的影响。结果表明,不掺加铣刨料的混合料最大干密度最大;干湿劈裂强度与空隙率有一定的相关性;不同铣刨料掺量对混合料冻融劈裂强度影响不大;不掺加铣刨料的混合料7 d无侧限抗压强度最小;不同铣刨料掺量的混合料在15℃下的破坏应变均大于2 800με,具有一定的抗变形性能,可以减少沥青路面的基层反射裂缝。
Through physical mechanics test, this paper studied influence of different RAP contents on property of emulsified asphalt stabilized macadam mixture. The test results showed that the mixture without RAP had the highest maximum dry density, and there was certain correlation between splitting strength and porosity. Furthermore, different RAP contents had little influence on the freeze-thaw splitting strength, and the mixture without RAP had the lowest unconfined compressive strength of 7days. What's more, at 15 ℃ failure strain of the mixture with different RAP contents was above 2 800 Ixe. The mixture had some deformability, and could reduce the reflection crack of asphalt pavement.
