摘要
目的探讨标准化营养支持在早产儿生长发育护理中的应用价值。方法选取我院2015年5月~2016年5月收治的早产儿64例作为本次研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为两组各32例,对照组给予非标准化(个体化)营养支持,观察组给予标准化营养支持。两组均连续护理并观察1周,比较两组日平均体重增加量、出生后7 d热卡、血清前白蛋白(PA)水平和并发症发生率。结果观察组日平均体重增加量为(52.8±12.7)g,出生后7 d热卡为(79.1±6.5)Kcal,PA水平为(93.5±10.9)mg/L,经皮胆红素为(281.7±8.9)μmol/L,均明显高于对照组的(46.3±10.8)g、(65.9±6.3)Kcal、(78.2±10.8)mg/L和(256.2±9.5)μmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症主要包括高血糖、低血糖、高胆红素血症、静脉炎和胆汁淤积,观察组并发症发生率为28.1%,明显低于对照组的65.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准化营养支持有助于为早产儿提供早期氨基酸等营养物质的支持,可明显降低患儿出生后并发症发生率,促进患儿生长发育,提高患儿生存质量,安全性高。
Objective To explore the application value ot standardized nutritional support of the growth and develop- ment of premature infants. Methods In our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 selected 64 cases of premature infants as the research object, randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each group, the control group was given non- standardized（individual） nutritional support, observation group was given standardized nutritional support. The two groups were received continuous nursing and observed for one week, the average weight, calorie intake after the birth of 7 d, serum prealbumin（PA） levels and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results The obser- vation group average daily weight gain weight was（52.8±12.7） g, 7 d after birth was（79.1±6.5） Kcal, PA level was（93.5± 10.9） rag/L, percutaneous bilirubin for（281.7±8.9） μmol/L, were significantly higher than those in control group（46.3±10.8） g, （65.9±6.3） Kcal, （78.2±10.8） mg/L and （256.2±9.5） μmol/L, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Two groups of eomplications including hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, hyperbilirubinemia, phlebitis and cholestasis, the eomplication rate of observation group was 28.1%, significantly lower than 65.6% of the control group, the differ- ence was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Standardized nutritional support helps to provide nutrients such as amino acid early support for preterm infants, can significantly reduce the incidence of complications after birth, promote the growth and development of children, improve the quality of life of children, high safety.
