摘要 通过对各类试剂进行微量硼含量的检测,通过试剂用量的计算,分析其对检测结果的影响;采用熔融法处理样品,用ICP不同硼谱线对检测结果的影响进行分析认证;再使用微波消解处理样品,用ICP不同硼谱线对检测结果进行分析,并对检测结果进行重复性与再现性分析比对,得到玻璃纤维中微量硼的检出限2mg/kg、方法回收率大于90%。 By detecting the trace boron content in various reagents and by calculating the amount of reagents, the influences on the detection results were analyzed. The samples were first processed by melting method and the detection resuhs were analyzed using different ICP boron spectral lines. Then, the samples were processed by microwave digestion method and the detection results were also analyzed using different ICP boron spectral lines and they were compared by repeatability and reproducibility analyses, concluding that the method detection limit of trace boron in glass fiber was 2 mg/kg and the recovery rate was over 90%.
