摘要
选用D564树脂对某地下卤水中微量硼进行离子交换的分离提取研究。结果表明:D564树脂对硼具有良好的选择吸附性能,饱和容量为8.5 mg/mL,工作容量为5.4 mg/mL;硼的平均吸附率为97.9%,解吸率为100%,洗脱液中硼浓度平均为1 989 mg/L,硼浓度富集了11.8倍,有效地实现了硼的分离与富集,有助于卤水中微量硼的综合利用。
Extraction of trace boron from underground brine by ion exchange using D564 resin was researched. The result shows that: D564 resin has good property of boron adsorption. The saturated capacity is 8.5 mg/mL and the operating capacity is 5.4 mg/mL. The average absorption efficiency of boron is 97.9% , and the desorption efficiency is 100%. The average concentration of boron in the eluent is 1 989 mg/L, which is enriched to 11.8 times. Boron is separated and rich effectively. It is contributed to the comprehensive utilization of trace boron in the underground brine.
