摘要
简要介绍了纸浆模塑制品对治理“白色污染”的重大现实意义以及在我国加入 WTO后可能起到的作用。然后进一步分析了纸浆模塑制品经真空吸滤成型、热压干燥、定型、成品的生产原理 ,论述了生产工艺 ,综合分析国内现有设备状况 ,陈述了其主要部件成型机的种类和各自的工作原理及其适用范围 ;同时也分析了制品的干燥方式、各自特点与应用以及对加热模具的要求、设计与优化。最后对纸浆模塑制品的应用进行了论述。
This article tells about the pulp molded products doing good for dealing with 'White pollution' and their effects after our country joining in WTO, then analyzes the theory of vacuum filter molding, high temperature and pressure drying, and finalizes the design. It recites the craft work of the machines and assays the equipments in existence. The article continue to show out the sorts and theories of primary parts molding machines. In the same time, it recommends the product's drying modes as well as their characters and application and the heat mould's requirement, design and optimize. At the end of this article, it introduce the application of the pulp molded products.
