摘要 个性化学习给学习者更多的灵活性和自主性,但开放多样的学习资源也让学习者无所适从,在分析了目前高校实施个性化学习情况的基础上,总结了个性化学习应用中存在的关键问题—缺乏教学交互性和学习有效性,着重构建以教师导学模式为基础的个性化学习服务环境,优化了高校开展个性化学习活动的过程,重点从个性化分析和优化评价机制两方面对教师如何支持学生进行有效的个性化学习进行了深入的探讨。 personalized learning make the learner more flexibility and autonomy, but more open to a variety of learning resources make learners don't know what to do, Based on the current implementation of individualized learning on university analysis, the thesis summarized the key issues of the personalized learning that exist in the application is lack of interactive teaching and learning effectiveness, the thesis is focusing on constructing personalized learning service environment based on faculty Guidance mode to optimize the process of Colleges and Universities personalized learning activities, and also focus on how to effectively support students personalized learning by teacher from individualized analysis and optimization evaluation mechanism two aspects.
