摘要
等温滴定微量热(ITC)是近年发展的一项热分析技术,该技术灵敏度高、测量准确,且可做到实时、定量、在线和动态描述反应过程。本文简述了ITC技术的发展背景及优缺点,重点探讨了ITC在中药研究领域中的应用,以冀为中药现代化研究提供一项新型分析技术。
Isothermal titration calorimetry （ITC） is a new thermal analysis technology developed in recent years. ITC has high sensitivity and accuracy, and can make a real-time, quantitative, online and dynamic description of the reaction process. This paper describes the development background and advantages and disadvantages of ITC, and focuses on its application in traditional Chinese medieine research field, thus can provide a new technology for the modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
