摘要
目的探讨护理人员参与专科危急值管理对危急值制度执行情况的改善作用。方法根据危急值报告项目修订专科危急值报告项目、制定相应的护理措施和观察要点并实施。结果该院肾病学科2017年的危急值知晓率、8min内接收率和及时处理率与2016年相比均显著改善,两年的数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专科危急值报告能提高护士的专科能力和水平,有效地保障患者的护理安全。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing staff participation in the management of critical value on the implementation of the critical value system.Methods According to the item of critical value report,the item of specialist critical value report was revised and the corresponding nursing measures and observation points were worked out and implemented.Results The critical value awareness rate in 2017,the receiving rate in 8 minutes and the timely treatment rate were significantly improved compared with 2016,and the two year data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The report of specialist critical value can improve the specialty ability and level of nurses and effectively guarantee the nursing safety of patients.
