摘要
采用冷等离子体技术对 PET纤维进行表面处理 ,并采用 ESCA对处理前后的纤维表面进行了分析。研究了冷等离子体处理工艺参数对 PET纤维 /环氧复合材料界面剪切强度、横向拉伸强度的影响。实验结果表明 :冷等离子体处理可以使 PET纤维表面的氧和氮的极性基团含量增加 ,从而改善其与树脂的浸润性 ,进而改善 PET纤维
The cold plasma technology is used to treat the surface of the PET/epoxy composite. Based on the analysis of the modified surface of fiber by ESCA, the effects of cold plasma treatment parameters on the properties of the PET/epoxy composite are examined in terms of the interlaminar shear strength and the transverse tensile strength. The results show that the cold plasma treatment can make polarity groups such as oxygen and nitrogen increase on the surface of PET/epoxy, which can improve the PET/epoxy impregnation with the resin, and therefore the interfacial property of the PET/epoxy composite is improved.
