摘要
目的探讨手术室护士心理韧性状况及其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、心理韧性量表、离职意愿量表对224名手术室护士进行调查。结果手术室护士心理韧性得分为(3.85±0.75)分;心理韧性与离职意愿呈负相关(P<0.01);学历、工作年限、接受专科护士培训、离职意愿是手术室护士心理韧性的影响因素。结论手术室护士心理韧性处于中等水平,有待进一步提升,且受多种因素的影响,管理人员应制订针对性措施提升护士的心理韧性水平,以降低护士的离职意愿。
Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of nurses'resilience in operating room. Methods A sample of 224 nurses in operating room were investigated with General Information Questionnaire, Connor - Davidson Resilience Scale ( CD - RISC) and Intention of Quit Scale. Results The overall score of nurses" resilience was ( 3.85±0.75 ) , which was negatively correlated with tumover intention ( P 〈 0.01 ). Acadamic work seniority, accepting specialist nurse training and turnover intention were influencing factors of nurse resilience. Conclusion The nurses'resilienee is at a moderate level,which should be im- proved and may be influenced by many factors. The hospital managers should take effective measures to enhance nurses'resilience in operating room and reduce their turnover inteation.
