摘要
[目的]观察针刺三阴穴联合四妙丸治疗湿热瘀阻前列腺炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将96例住院及门诊患者按病志号抽签/就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组45例四妙丸(苍术10g,黄柏、怀牛膝各12g,薏苡仁20g,萆薢10g,土茯苓30g,败酱草15g,半枝莲30g,川楝子、枳壳各10g,丹参20g,皂角刺、王不留行各10g,泽兰15g),1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚口服。治疗组48例针刺"三阴穴":取夹阴1(平耻骨联合上缘,在左侧腹股沟处),夹阴2(平耻骨联合上缘,在右侧腹股沟处),重阴(在会阴穴与阴囊根部之中间取穴),关元,中极,曲骨,阴陵泉(双),三阴交(双),太溪(双),太冲(双),留针30min,期间行针1次;1次/d,10次为1疗程,疗程间隔3d;四妙丸治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、NIH-CPSI症状评分、WBC计数、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床控制10例,显效13例,有效18例,无效7例,总有效率85.42%;对照组临床控制5例,显效11例,有效14例,无效15例,总有效率66.67%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。NIH-CPSI症状评分、WBC计数治疗组降低/升高优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]针刺三阴穴联合四妙丸治疗湿热瘀阻前列腺炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture at ＂Sanyin points＂ combined with Simiao wan for treatment of chronic prostatitis. [Methods] Ninety-three patients were divided into two groups randomly. Fourty-five patients in control group, Simiao Wan （Cangzhu 10g, Huangbai 12g, Huainiuxi 12g, Yiyiren 20g, Beixie 10g, Tufuling 30g, Baijiangcao 15g, Banzhilian 30g, Chuanjianzi 10g, Zhike 10g, Danshen20g, Zaojiaoci 10g, Wangbuliuxing 10g, Zelan 15g）, prepared by water decoction in 400mL water, were administrated orally in the morning and evening respectively, one preparation daily. In treatment group fourty-eight patients, acupuncture at ＂Sanyin points＂ double sides （Jiayin one and Jiayin two and Chongyin; Guanyuan, Zhongji, Qugu; Yinlingquan, Sanyinjiao, Taixi, Taichong）, retaining needle 30rains after developing needle sensation, while Simiao Wan were administrated as the control group. And 10 days as one therapeutic course, clinical symptoms and adverse reaction were observed after two therapeutic courses. [Result] Total effective rate in the treatment group was 85.42% （The cases of clinical control, being significant effective, effectiveand ineffective were 10, 13, 18, 7 respectively） while 66.67 % in the control group （The cases of clinical control, being significant effective, effectiveand ineffective were 5, 11, 14, 15 respectively）. The treatment group was better than control group （P 〈0.05, P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] The Clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture at ＂Sanyin points＂ combined with Simiao wan for treatment of chronic prostatitis was satisfied and there was no severe adverse effects. The method was worth popularizing.
