摘要
采用盆栽实验研究了经镉、铅单一及复合处理的土壤对鱼腥草叶绿素含量(SPAD)的影响。结果表明:镉单一污染抑制鱼腥草叶绿素的合成,但高浓度镉抑制作用更显著;铅单一污染抑制叶绿素合成;镉铅交互作用抑制叶绿素合成,但不同金属浓度范围内的主控因素不同。
This experiment used soil, which was handled with single Cd or single Pb or Cd and Pb together, to plant Houttuyniae Herba,in order to do research on the effects to the chlorophyll content of Houttuyniae Herba caused by Cd and Pb. The result indicates that single Cd pollution reduced the synthesis of chlorophyll,and it's especially noticeable with high Cd concentration. Single Cd pollution also reduced the synthesis of chlorophyll. In addition,Cd and Pb interaction reduced the synthesis of chlorophyll,too. But the main controlling factor varied with the changing of metals' concentrations.
