摘要
本文以《明太祖实录》中记载的洪涝灾害为统计脚本,客观分析了明初30年间水灾的时空分布规律,以及统治者对不同地区救灾态度的不同。描述了水灾对农业生产和居民生活造成的巨大危害,客观解读了朱元璋统治集团为应对自然灾害所采取的一系列有效措施。
Based on the floods recorded in the Mingtaizu Record,this article analyzes the space and time distribution rule of the floods in the early 30 years of Ming Dynasty and the ruler＇s attitudes to different disaster area.It also describes the great damage to agricultural production and residents living caused by floods.At the same time,it interprets a series of effective measures adopted by Zhu Yuanzhang ruling clique to respond to natural disaster objectively.
