摘要
流感病毒的暴发流行曾给人类带来严重的负担。感染者病情进展往往十分迅速，短时间即可发展为重症肺炎、多器官功能衰竭、甚至死亡，而流感病毒的致病机制尚未完全明确。本文对目前关于流感病毒引发重症肺炎、多器官功能障碍的机制的相关研究作一综述。
Flu outbreak had brought serious burden to mankind. The disease often has a very quick progression, which can develop into severe pneumonia and multiple organ failure and even death in a short time. However, the pathogenic mechanism of influenza virus is not fully clear. In this review, we summarized the findings in this field, focusing mainly on the pathogenic mechanism of influenza virus.
