摘要
针对"学术型医学硕士研究生的招生规模日益扩大,学生的培养质量远远没有能够跟上数量发展"的现状,本文通过探索实践"政产学研"合作框架培养学术型医学硕士研究生的教育模式,为学生搭建了实践平台,提高学生对于参与市场实践的积极性,培养其创新思维与创新能力,有力地增强了学术型医学研究生的创新力和核心竞争力。
For the current situation that the scale of enrollment for academic medical postgraduates is growing, and the quality of students＇ training is far from being able to keep pace with the development of quantity, this paper explores the educational model of academic medical postgraduates by exploring the cooperative framework of Government-Industry-University-Research. And a practical platform is built for students. This paper improves students＇ enthusiasm for participating in market practice, and cultivates their innovative thinking and innovation ability, and effectively enhance the innovation and core competitiveness of academic postgraduates.
