摘要
研究铁皮石斛在不同激素因子组合中采用LED光源培养,相对于普通光源培养条件下原球茎的生长情况,并研究不同浓度的NAA及ABT对丛苗生根诱导的影响。结果表明:采用LED光源培养,接种于MS+2.0mg/L6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA中增殖系数最高,为5.22;铁皮石斛最佳诱导生根培养基为1/2MS+0.5mg/L NAA,出根时间早,生根数量多且长度适中。
The study investigated the effects of LED light source and hormone factors on the growth of Dendrobium candidum by natural light as control, and investigated the effect of root induction in different concen- tration of NAA and ABT. The results showed that use the LED light source, the best proliferation medium is MS+2.0 mg/L6-BA +0.5 mg/L NAA, and the proliferation coefficient is supreme, could be get to 5.22. The best root inducted medium is 1/2MS+0.5 mg/L NAA, and the root formed earlier, the number of root was more, the length of root was moderate.
