补体反应基因-32在结肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨补体反应基因-32(RGC-32)在结肠癌组织中的表达情况,并分析其临床意义。方法选取2012年12月至2015年12月沈阳市第九人民医院收治的结肠癌患者80例为研究对象,癌组织标本均采用免疫组化SP法检测RGC-32表达,观察不同肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移及不同TNM分期RGC-32的阳性表达情况。结果高中分化者RGC-32乘积积分及RGC-32阳性率均低于低分化者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);存在淋巴结转移者RGC-32乘积积分及RGC-32阳性率均低于无淋巴结转移者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TNM分期Ⅰ+Ⅱ期者RGC-32乘积积分及RGC-32阳性率低于TNM分期Ⅲ+Ⅳ期者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 RGC-32可作为结肠癌患者预后的预测指标及靶向治疗新突破。
