摘要 提出城市轨道交通网络的交通需求调节能力的概念.从诱增交通需求和城市交通系统自我平衡状态2个方面探讨了轨道交通网络对城市交通系统供需调节的机理.其估算模型的思路为通过轨道交通网络供给的诱增需求弹性系数估算其供需比弹性系数,结合调查计算得出轨道交通网络饱和度,得出量化后的交通供需调节能力.选取15个城市进行实例验证.结果表明,城市轨道交通网络所带来的诱增交通需求,是制约其交通供需调节能力的最重要因素,也是城市交通问题的根源. The concept of"transportation supply-demand adjustment ability of urban rail transit network"is proposed in this paper.The principles of the rail transit network adjusting the urban transportation supply-demand are explored,based on both the induced transport demand and the supply-demand self-limiting equilibrium of urban transport system.The thinking of its estimation model is that the supply-demand elastic ratio of the rail transit network supply is calculated based on its induced demand elastic ratio.Furthermore,the quantified transportation supply-demand adjustment ability can be obtained based on the calculated rail transit network saturation.The results of 15 cities show that the induced transport demand is an important factor restricting the transportation supply-demand adjustment ability of urban rail transit network and is the root on urban transport problem.
