摘要
目的:采用ICDASⅡ和DIAGNOdent激光荧光龋检测仪检测幼儿乳牙不同牙面早期龋患情况,分析2种方法之间的相关性。方法:选取西安市某幼儿园小班3岁学龄前儿童164名,依次用ICDASⅡ和DIAGNOdent检测代表性牙位54、51、64、74、71、84牙共16个牙面位点的患龋情况。SPSS 19.0软件数据统计分析。结果:ICDASⅡ检查结果显示,所有检查位点中脱矿率(ICDAS=1,2)大于成洞龋(ICDAS=3,4,5,6)(P<0.05);DIAGNOdent检查结果显示,除乳磨牙咬合面外,其余位点显示了与ICDASⅡ同样的结果。同时,随着ICDASⅡ检查结果数据的增大,所对应的DIAGNOdent读数中位数呈阶梯状增大,且咬合面高于光滑面。乳磨牙咬合面和光滑面ICDASⅡ与激光检查方法之间的秩相关系数分别为r=0.647(P<0.01)和r=0.741(P<0.01)。结论:ICDASⅡ与DIAGNOdent均能有效发现乳牙早期龋,两者之间存在一定相关性;3岁学龄前儿童牙齿龋损主要以早期脱矿为主要表现。
Objective: To study the feasibihty of ICDAS Ⅱ and DIAGNOdent in assessing the incipient caries of primary teeth and to analyze the correlation of the two methods. Methods: 164 children aged 3 years were recruited from one kindergarten in Xi^m. Caries of the first primary molars and central incisors was detected by ICDAS Ⅱ and DIAGNOdent. SPSS 19.0 was used to analyzed the date. Results : In all checked sites, demineralization rate detected by ICDAS Ⅱ was higher than that of cavitied caries. The same results were obtained when using DIAGNOdent on ocelusal surface, where the slight demineralization rate was equal to the heavy demineralization rate. The median of DIAGNOdent data increased with the increasing ICDAS data. Rank correlation coefficient of ICDASⅡ and DIAGNO dent in the examination of ocelusal surface and smooth surface was 0.647 and 0. 741 (P 〈0.01 ), respectively. Conclusion: Both ICDASⅡ and DIAGNOdent are positively correlated and feasible in the detection of incipient caries in primary teeth. Demineralization is the major type of incipient caries in children aged 3 years old.
