摘要
目的观察比较锁骨钩钢板与锁骨钧钢板加修复肩锁韧带及喙锁韧带两种不同的方法治疗新鲜TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效，初步探讨锁骨钩钢板加修复肩锁韧带及喙锁韧带治疗新鲜TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的有效性。方法回顾性分析2007年6月至2012年6月治疗的相关病例，收集总结47例资料较完整的新鲜TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位，采用锁骨钩钢板与锁骨钩钢板加修复肩锁韧带及喙锁韧带两种不同的方法治疗新鲜Tossym型肩锁关节脱位，锁骨钩钢板26例（A组）；锁骨钩钢板加修复肩锁韧带及喙锁韧带21例（B组）。观察两组患者手术期指标及肩关节活动功能和疗效。结果锁骨钩钢板与锁骨钩钢板加修复肩锁韧带及喙锁韧带两种治疗方式在手术期指标及肩关节活动功能和疗效方面有差异。结论锁骨钩钢板加修复肩锁韧带及喙锁韧带是新鲜TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位患者合适的治疗方案。
Objective To discuss the clinical result of the clavicular hook plate and the clavicular hook plate fixation with to repair acromioclavicular ligament and coracoclavicular ligament for the treatment of fresh Tossy type Ⅲacromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods From June 2007 to June 2012, 47 patients with fresh Tossy type lll acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated using the clavicular hook plate and the clavicular hook plate fixation with to repair acromioclavicular ligament and coracoclavicular ligament. The ages of the patients were 22 to 55 years. 26 patients were managed by the clavicular hook plate （ group A ） , 21 by the clavicular hook plate fixation with to repair acromioclavicular ligament and coracoclavicular ligament （ group B ） . The clinic data of the 2 groups of patients were statistically compared in our study. Results Two kinds of treatment of clavicular hook plate and clavicular hook plate internal fixation and repair of acromioclavicular and coracoclavicular ligament. There were differences in operative index and shoulder joint function and curative effect. Conclusions Clavicula hook plate fixation with to repair acromioclavicular ligament and coraco- clavicular ligament is a suitable treatment option for patients with fresh Tossy type Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
