摘要
目的：对锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折疗效进行观察和探究。方法：选取2013年11月-2015年11月在鹤壁煤业集团总医院接受治疗的锁骨远端骨折患者96例,随机分为观察组和对照组各48例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组给予锁骨钩钢板治疗,对比两组患者治疗的有效率。结果：治疗后,两组患者的病情均有好转,观察组治疗的有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：利用锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折效果较好,值得在临床中进行进一步的应用研究。
Objective： To observe and study the curative effect of clavicular hook plate on distal clavicle fracture.Methods： 96 patients with distal fracture of clavicle selected in the General Hospital of Hebi Coal Group from November2013 to November 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group（ each 48 cases）,while control group was used conventional treatment,observation group treated by clavicular hook plate. Then the treatment effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results： After the treatment,the illness improved in the both groups. It was clear that the treatment effect in the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group. There was statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of use of distal clavicular hook plate treatment for clavicle fracture has proved to be done better,so it is worth doing further application research.
