摘要
【目的】研究干旱条件下非顺序衰老小麦旗叶和倒二叶叶绿素及抗氧化酶活性的变化规律,为揭示小麦叶片非顺序衰老的形成机理和生态变异特征提供理论指导。【方法】以非顺序衰老小麦温麦19、兰考矮早8、豫麦19和顺序衰老小麦陕229为材料,分别采用CCM-200手持式叶绿素仪和紫外可见分光光度计法测定了干旱和自然天气条件下小麦花后旗叶和倒二叶叶绿素含量及抗氧化酶活性。【结果】无论在干旱还是自然天气条件下,在叶片衰老后期非顺序衰老小麦温麦19、兰考矮早8和豫麦19旗叶的SPAD值、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性均低于倒二叶,而旗叶的丙二醛(MDA)含量均高于倒二叶。顺序衰老小麦陕229顶二叶的表现正好与此相反。在自然天气条件下,花后30d非顺序衰老小麦温麦19、兰考矮早8和豫麦19旗叶的SPAD值,SOD、CAT和POD活性分别比倒二叶低44.36%,26.05%和21.54%;25.88%,27.74%和30.12%;71.14%,35.34%和62.29%;62.67%,43.38%和40.06%,而旗叶的MDA含量分别比倒二叶高55.76%,54.09%和51.67%。在干旱条件下,花后30d非顺序衰老小麦温麦19、兰考矮早8和豫麦19旗叶的SPAD值,SOD、CAT和POD活性分别比倒二叶低71.87%,46.08%和55.46%;77.35%,44.34%和57.33%;74.12%,69.73%和71.54%;80.44%,68.32%和65.66%,而旗叶的MDA含量分别比倒二叶高12.62%,31.70%和25.07%。【结论】在干旱条件下,小麦顶二叶的衰老速度加快,顺序衰老和非顺序衰老小麦的衰老现象均出现较早。
【Objective】The changes of chlorophyll contents and antioxidant enzymes activities of flag leaf and the second leaf of wheats were investigated after flowering under drought and natural conditions to provide theoretical guidance for revealing the mechanism and ecological variation characteristics of non-sequential senescence of wheat leaves.【Method】The chlorophyll contents and antioxidant enzymes activities of flag leaf and the second leaf after flowering in sequential senescence wheat Shaan 229 and non-sequential senescence wheats Wenmai 19,Lankaoaizao 8and Yumai 19 were measured using chlorophyll measuring system in hand and ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer under drought and natural conditions.【Result】Chlorophyll content and activities of SOD,CAT,and POD of flag leaves of non-sequential senescencewheats Wenmai 19,Lankaoaizao 8and Yumai 19 were lower than those of the second leaves,while MDA contents of flag leaves were higher under drought and natural conditions.Shaan 229 had opposite results.Under natural condition,30 dafter flowering,chlorophyll content and activities of SOD,CAT,and POD of flag leaf of non-sequential senescence wheats Wenmai 19,Lankaoaizao 8and Yumai 19 were 44.36%,26.05%and 21.54%,25.88%,27.74%and 30.12%,71.14%,35.34%and 62.29%,and 62.67%,43.38%and 40.06% lower than those of the second leaves.MDA contents of their flag leaves were 55.76%,54.09% and 51.67% higher than those of the second leaves.Under drought condition,chlorophyll content and activities of SOD,CAT,and POD of flag leaves of non-sequential senescence wheats Wenmai 19,Lankaoaizao 8and Yumai 19 71.87%,46.08 % and 55.46%,77.35%,44.34% and 57.33%,74.12%,69.73% and 71.54%,and 80.44%,68.32%and 65.66%lower than those of the second leaves.MDA contents of flag leaves were 12.62%,31.70% and 25.07% higher than those of the second leaves.【Conclusion】Under drought condition,sequential and non-sequential senescence of wheat leaves was accelerated.
