摘要
构建了服务于国家特殊需求的全日制教育硕士育人模式:以提升创新实践能力为核心,以双向嵌入式的导师团队和具有较高知名度、影响力的实践实习基地作为资源保障,通过全程实践教学和七环节把关毕业论文两个层面实行高质量培养,对研究生教育质量的监控实行五位一体的学生综合素质评价和多维立体的社会评价。
The cultivation mode of full-time education masters serving national special need is structured. The core is to promote their innovation and practice ability. It regards bi-directional embedded tutor team and practice base with high visibility and influence as guaranteed resources. Training of high-quality talent is implemented by whole course practice teaching and degree thesis controlled by seven steps. The monitoring to education quality for graduate student includes comprehensive quality evaluation of five-dimensions, multi-dimensions and stereoscopic social evaluation.
