摘要
目的探究膝骨关节炎经气压弹道式体外冲击波治疗的效果。方法选择在我院确诊为膝骨关节炎的患者60例,将这60例患者随机分为两个组别,用气压弹道式体外冲击波作为治疗手段的组别是治疗组,每周进行一次治疗,对照组用针刀松解术治疗,持续治疗时间5周。对比治疗前后两组的总体疗效,以及SF-36健康调查问卷8个维度和WOMAC积分的改变。结果治疗后,治疗组和对照组优良率分别为50.0%、42.8%,有效率分别为83.3%和、85.7%。治疗后,两组WOMAC积分及疼痛、关节僵硬程度及功能障碍指数,均有显著改善。结论膝骨关节炎经气压弹道式体外冲击波治疗效果明显,有利于膝骨关节炎患者生存质量的提高。
Objective To explore the effect of pneumatic ballistic extracorporeal shock wave therapy on knee osteoarthritis. Methods 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected in our hospital. The patients were randomly assigned into two groups. The treatment group received air pressure ballistic extracorporeal shock wave therapy, the patients received 1 time of treatment weekly. The control group was treated with acupotomy therapy and duration of treatment up to 5 weeks. Before and after the treatment, the overall efficacy of the two groups, as well as the changes in the 8 dimensions of the SF-36 health survey questionnaire and the WOMAC score were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the excellent and good rates of the treatment group and the control group were 50% and 42.8%, respectively, and the effective rates of two groups were 83.3% and 85.7%, respectively. After treatment, the WOMAC score and pain, stiffness and dysfunction index of the two groups were all changed significantly. Conclusion The treatment of knee osteoarthritis by pneumatic ballistic extracorporeal shock wave has obvious effect. Pneumatic ballistic extracorporeal shock wave is beneficial to improve the quality of life in patients with knee arthritis.
