摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定复方金银花颗粒中黄芩苷的含量。方法色谱柱为Agilent HC-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(44∶56∶1),检测波长为280nm,流速为1.0m L·min^(- 1)。结果黄芩苷线性范围为12.176~608.8μg·m L^(- 1)(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.39%(RSD=0.56%)。结论该方法简便、快速、分离度好、结果稳定,可用于复方金银花颗粒的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC method for determination of Baicalin in Compound Honeysuckle Particles. METHODS The separation was performed on Agilent HC-C_(18)( 4. 6mm × 250 mm,5μm) column with Methanol-purified water-phosphoric acid( 44∶ 56∶ 1) as a mobile phase,the detection wavelength was at 280 nm and the velocity of flow was 1. 0m L·min^(-1). RESUILTS The linear range of Baicalin was within 12. 176 ~ 608. 8μg·m L^(-1)( r = 1. 0000). The average recovery of Baicalin was 98. 39%( RSD = 0. 56%). CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and capable of producing good separation results. It can be applied to the quality control of Compound Honeysuckle Particles.
