摘要
目的：建立反相高效液相色谱法测定复方金银花颗粒中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法：采用Zorbax ODS（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）色谱柱,以甲醇：水：磷酸（47∶53∶0.2）为流动相,流速1.0 ml.min^-1,检测波长为280nm,用甲醇提取复方金银花颗粒中黄芩苷。结果：黄芩苷在12.65-63.25ng（r=0.9996）范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.02%,RSD为1.37%。结论：本方法操作简便、精密度好,适用于复方金银花颗粒的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish the HPLC method for determination of scutellarin in Fufang Jinyinhua Keli.METHODS：HPLC was performed on column of Zorbax ODS（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） with methanol-water-phosphoric acid（47∶53∶0.2） as mobile phase.Flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 and detecting wavelength was 280nm.Scutellarin in Fufang Jinyinhua Keli was extracted by methanol reflux method.RESULTS：The calibration curve for scutellarin was linear in the range of 12.65~63.25ng（r=0.9996）.The average recovery was 97.02% with RSD=1.37%.CONCLUSION：This method is simple,accurate,repeatable and effective for quality control of Fufang Jinyinhua Keli.
