摘要
目的观察伽马射线立体定向放射治疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗胰腺癌的临床疗效。方法选取2013年4月至2015年4月解放军463医院收治的68例局部晚期胰腺癌患者为研究对象。根据治疗方法将患者分成放疗组和联合治疗组,每组各34例。放疗组患者接受伽马射线立体定向体部放射治疗,联合治疗组患者接受复方苦参注射液联合伽马射线立体定向体部放射治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果、生存质量及不良反应发生情况。结果经过治疗后,联合治疗组治疗总有效率为67.6%,显著高于放疗组的47.1%,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组生活质量改善有效率明显高于放疗组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率明显低于放疗组(P<0.05)。结论伽马射线立体定向放射治疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗局部晚期胰腺癌的效果较为明显,能够有效提高患者的存活率及生存质量,且不良反应小,可行性较高,值得推广和应用。
Objective To observe the gamma stereotactic radiotherapy combined with sophora flavescens injection in pancreatic carcinoma.Methods A total of 68 patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer who were admitted from April2013 to April 2015.Patients were divided into the radiotherapy group（n = 34） and the combination therapy group（n = 34）.Patients in the radiotherapy group received gamma stereotactic radiotherapy,and the others in the combination therapy group were given sophora flavescens injection combined with gamma stereotactic radiotherapy.The treatment effect,life quality and adverse reactions were observed between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total curative rate in the combination therapy group was 67.6%,which was significantly higher than that in the radiotherapy group（47.1%）,the difference between the two groups has statistical significance（P 0.05）.The life quality improved rate in combination therapy group was significantly higher than that in the radiotherapy group（P 0.05）;the adverse reaction rate in the combination therapy group was significantly lower than that in the radiotherapy group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Gamma stereotactic radiotherapy combined with sophora flavescens injection in pancreatic carcinoma has obvious effect,can efficiently improve survival rate and life quality,with less adverse reaction,higher feasibility,which is worth clinical promotion.
