摘要
助产士在保护妇女儿童健康方面有着至关重要的作用。应对我国妇幼卫生挑战的重要策略之一是加强助产从业人员的能力建设和队伍建设。北京大学护理学院助产项目研究组对我国近现代助产专业相关政策发展进行了探索性研究,提出我国助产行业面临的主要问题,并对我国助产士核心胜任力分级建设与管理进行了相关研究,期望对助产专业的实践性改革起到一定的推动作用。
Midwives have a vital role in protecting the health of women and children. One of the important strategies to deal with Chinese maternal and child health challenge is to strengthen the ability of midwives. The studies on midwifery policy development and the construction of the core competence of midwives in China made by the research group of Peking University School of Nursing have promoted the practice of midwifery professional reform.
