摘要
目的分析后腹腔镜离断式肾盂成形术治疗肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻(UPJ)的疗效及安全性。方法收集UPJ患者121例,随机分为观察组61例和对照组60例。对照组采用开放性离断式肾盂成形术治疗,观察组采用后腹腔镜离断式肾盂成形术治疗,比较两组的术中情况、术后情况、术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后肠道功能恢复时间、术后止痛药用量、术后住院天数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后总并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论后腹腔镜离断式肾盂成形术治疗UPJ具有创伤小、术后并发症少、疼痛轻、恢复快等优势,是UPJ的一个较好的治疗选择。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for renal pelvis in treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction and its safety. Methods 121 cases of patients with UPJ were selected and randomly divided into observation group with 61 cases and control group with 60 cases.Patients in control group were treated with open off type renal pelvis,and patients in observation group were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for renal pelvis.The situation of the operation,the postoperative situation and the occurrence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results Operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative intestinal function recovery time,postoperative pain medication dosage,postoperative hospital stay of observation group were significantly less than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Incidence rate of postoperative complications of observation group was significantly less than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for renal pelvis in treatment of UPL has the advantage of less trauma,less complications,less pain,faster recovery and so on.It is a better treatment option for UPJ.
