摘要
目的探讨关节镜下治疗外侧半月板前角联合内侧半月板后角损伤的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2010年5月-2013年10月我院收治的71例外侧半月板前角联合内侧半月板后角损伤的患者临床资料,分为两组。对照组患者33例,予以保守治疗;治疗组患者38例,结合MRI及关节镜检查确定损伤部位及类型,确定术式,行关节镜下半月板缝合修复术或关节镜下半月板部分切除术。所有患者治疗后24个月时进行回访,并对治疗前后Lysholm评分作出比较,以判断疗效。结果 （1）治疗组患者治疗后Lysholm评分明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;（2）根据Molster分级方法,治疗组患者治疗后优良率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论关节镜治疗在外侧半月板前角联合内侧半月板后角损伤中治疗效果好,对改善膝关节功能具有优势。
Objective To explore the curative effect of arthroscopy in treatment of injury of anterior horn of lateral meniscus combined with posterior horn of medial meniscus. Methods Data of 71 cases of patients with anterior horn of lateral meniscus combined with posterior horn of medial meniscus injury cured in our hospital from May 2010 to October 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups.33 cases were divided into control group and treated with conservative treatment,and 38 cases were divided into treatment group and treated with meniscus suture repair or arthroscopic partial resection of the meniscus under arthroscopy by combining with MRI and arthroscopy to determine the location and type of injury.All patients were treated for 24 months,and the Lysholm scores were compared before and after treatment to determine the efficacy. Results（1）After treatment,the Lysholm score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance.（2）According to the Molster classification method, the excellent rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance. Conclusion The effect of arthroscopy in treatment of injury of anterior horn of lateral meniscus combined with posterior horn of medial meniscus is good.It has advantages to improve knee joint function.
