摘要
目的探讨椎管内注药镇痛法在分娩镇痛产妇中的应用效果。方法选取本院2013年5月-2015年5月收治的待产妇78例,按照入院的顺序编号,1-39号为对照组（自然分娩）,40-78号为观察组（椎管内注药镇痛法）,对比止痛效果,并观察产程时间和疼痛评分。结果研究结果显示,研究组产妇的止痛中有效率显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,同时研究组总产程较对照组短,且VAS评分结果也明显较对照组优,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论椎管内注药镇痛法用于产科分娩镇痛中,在缓解患者疼痛症状的同时,还能有效缩短产程,值得临床参考应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of intrathecal injection of drug in labor analgesia. Methods 78 cases of expectant mothers cured in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected,and according to the order of admission number,they were divided into two groups,No.1-39 were divided into control group（natural childbirth）,No.40-78 were divided into observation group（intraspinal injection analgesia）.Analgesic effects of the two groups were compared,and observe labor time and pain scores of the two groups were observed. Results The results showed that maternal pain in efficiency of study group was significantly higher than that of control group.Difference between the groups was significantly（P〈0.05）.Total process of study group was shorter than that of control group,and the VAS scores of study group were also significantly higher than those of control group.Differences between the groups after statistical analysis were significantly statistical（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intraspinal injection analgesia for obstetric analgesia can relieve pain symptoms,and it can effectively shorten the production process.It is worthy of clinical reference applications.
