摘要
目的探究舒芬太尼和芬太尼在腰硬联合阻滞麻醉分娩镇痛中的应用效果。方法 随机选取本院2014年2月~2015年2月收治的待产妇100例,按照就诊的先后顺序编号,其中1~50号采用舒芬太尼,51~100号采用芬太尼,对比两组的镇痛效果。结果 舒芬太尼组在5、90 min时VAS评分显著较芬太尼组低,同时首次加药的时间也较芬太尼组长[（115.8±15.24）min vs（91.24±12.53）min]（P〈0.05）。结论 较芬太尼而言,舒芬太尼用于腰硬联合阻滞麻醉分娩镇痛效果更佳,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of Fentanyl and Sufentanil in labor analgesia with in combined spinal epidural anesthesia.Methods 100 expectant mothers treated by our hospital were randomly selected from Febru- ary 2014 to February 2015 and according to the order number of visits in which the use of Sufentanil No.1-50,No. 51- 100 using Fentanyl.Analgesic effect between two groups was compared.Results VAS score in Sufentanil group at 5 min, 90 min was lower than that of Fentanyl group,and the first dosing period of time was longer than that of Fentanyl group [（115.8±15.24） rain vs （91.24±12.53） min]（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with Fentanyl, effect of Sufentanil for epidural anesthesia in labor analgesia is better.
