摘要
目的探讨个案追踪方法学在内科住院患者临床护理服务全过程中应用效果。方法选取本院内科系统2014年7-12月,1200例患者(实施个案追踪护理前)作为对照组,2015年上半年将个案追踪方法学具体运用到患者住院全过程,并将(1-6月)的患者(实施个案追踪护理后)1200例患者作为观察组,对两组患者护理质量指标及满意度进行比较研究,评估及完善各护理方案的制定及落实。结果观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01),且患者满意度明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论将个案追踪方法学应用于住院患者临床护理服务全过程中,使患者得到了更为完善的护理照顾,疑难问题得到了专业指导;密切了护患关系,提高了患者满意度及对医院的忠诚度;提升了护理质量及护理人员的专业素养,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of tracer methodology in the whole clinical nursing service towards medical patients.Methods 1200 medical patients received no service of the second half of 2014 (7-12 months) were selected as the control group and applied with the tracer methodology in the whole process of their hospitalization. In the first half of 2015,the case tracking methodology was applied to the patients in the hospital,and 1200 medical patients received the service from January to June were selected as observation group.The nursing quality index and contentment of the two groups were comapred.The formulation and implementation of the nursing programs were evaluated and improved.Results The incidence of implications in observation group was obviously lower than that in in control group (P〈0.01).The contentment was greatly improved (P〈0.05).Conclusion The application of the tracer methodology in the whole clinical nursing service towards hospitalized patients can help them got better nursed and help difficult problems related got professional guidance.It can also improve and close the nurse-patient relationship and enhance patients’ contentment and loyalty to the hospital,the quality of nursing,professionalism of paramedics and patients’ contentment towards the nursing service.
