摘要
目的探讨健康教育在T细胞酶联免疫斑点法阳性风湿免疫病患者中的临床价值。方法选取本院2012年10月-2014年10月诊治的T细胞酶联免疫斑点法阳性风湿免疫病患者88例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患者44例实施传统健康教育,观察组患者44例实施健康教育路径,比较两组患者疾病知识掌握程度、不良反应认知情况、遵医行为、护理满意度。结果观察组患者疾病知识掌握程度、不良反应认知情况、遵医行为(按时用药、确保用量、定期复诊)好于对照组(P〈0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论健康教育能提高T细胞酶联免疫斑点法阳性风湿免疫病患者的认知水平,有助于改善遵医行为并提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate clinical value of health education in patients with T cell enzyme linked immunosorbent spot method positive rheumatic immune disease.Methods 88 patients with T cell enzyme linked immunosorbent spot method positive rheumatic immune disease were selected in hospital from October 2012 to October 2014,who were divided into two groups by random number table method.44 patients received traditional health education as control group. 44 patients received health education path as observation group. Disease knowledge mastery, adverse reaction cognition, compliance behavior, nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results Disease knowledge mastery, adverse reaction cognition, compliance behavior(medicine on time, ensure medication dosage, regular follow-up) in observation group were better than control group(P〈0.05). Nursing satisfaction in observation group was higher than control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Health education can improve cognitive level of patients with T cell enzyme linked immunosorbent spot method positive rheumatic immune disease, which is helpful to improve compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction.
