摘要
目的对我院146例药物不良反应进行分析,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法以我院2014年1月-2015年12月146例药物不良反应患者的报告作为本研究对象,对其药物不良反应的具体情况进行回顾性分析,包括患者不良反应的类型、药物种类、累及器官、给药途径以及患者自身的情况等。结果不良反应药物种类主要为抗生素类、循环系统类等药物;药物不良反应主要累及患者的器官包括皮肤部位、消化系统器官等。导致患者出现药物不良反应的给药途径主要为静脉注射、肌肉注射、口服药物等;69.86%的药物不良反应患者为10岁以下的儿童与50岁以上的老人。结论临床药物治疗时,应充分考虑各方面的影响因素,合理用药,并加强药物使用的监督,以保证用药的合理性及科学性,减少不良反应的发生。
Objective To analyze the 146 cases of adverse drug reactions in our hospital,and to provide the basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods 146 patients＇ reports with adverse drug reactions in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were studied, the adverse drug reactions were retrospectively analyzed,included adverse reactions types, drug types, organ involvement, route of administration and the patient＇s own situation, etc. Results The drug types of adverse drug reactions were mainly antibiotics, circulatory system and other drugs, etc. The organ involvement of adverse drug reactions were mainly skin parts, digestive system organs, etc. The administration route causing adverse drug reactions were mainly Intravenous injection, intramuscular injection,oral medication,etc.69.86% patients of the adverse drug reactions were children under 10 years old and elderly people over 50 years old. Conclusion Drug therapy in clinical should fully consider the impact of various factors, rational drug use and strengthen supervision of drug use to ensure the rationality and scientific of medication, an to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
