干细胞治疗脑出血后神经功能损伤的临床研究进展

摘要 脑出血常常造成神经细胞的坏死与凋亡,严重影响患者预后功能。对于脑出血的临床治疗常常为保守或手术清除血肿。然而对于神经细胞的损失临床治疗常常不能很好的解决。干细胞,特别是神经干细胞具有自我更新和多向分化潜能。其为神经损失修复带来了希望。本文从脑出血后内源性及外源性神经干细胞移植治疗的临床效果及潜在机制进行综述,为研究脑出血提供参考。 Cerebral hemorrhage often causes necrosis and apoptosis of nerve cells,which has serious influence to outcome function of patients.The clinical treatment of cerebral hemorrhage is usually conservative or surgical removal of hematoma.However,it is not a good solution to control the clinical treatment of nerve cell loss.Stem cells,in particular, neural stem cells have self renewal and multi differentiation potential,which brings hope to the repair of nerve damage.This article reviews the clinical effect and potential mechanism of endogenous and exogenous neural stem cell transplantation in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage to provide reference for the study of cerebral hemorrhage.
