摘要 目的:研究MP-RAGE序列在干细胞移植术中的应用价值。方法:对22例基底节脑卒中患者行干细胞移植,局麻后安装立体定向仪头环,之后行三维MP-RAGE序列扫描,将容积数据传入工作站以确定手术靶点及穿刺路径。术后第1天复查头颅MR检查针道及穿刺靶点的位置。结果:22例患者中20例MP-RAGE序列图像质量良好,2例图像稍模糊,但仍可显示软化灶及正常脑内结构。术后MR显示针道与术前设计手术入路相符合,针道均成功避开了脑室及软化灶。22例患者均无颅内出血、梗塞征象。结论:术前应用MP-RAGE序列设计手术入路,既能清晰显示脑内结构及病变,又能方便地设计出手术路径,具有很高的临床应用价值。 Objective To discuss the application value of MP-RAGE sequence for stem cell transplantation.Methods 22 stroke patients with lesion confined to basal ganglia region were treat by stem cell transplantation and stereotactic head ring was installed after local anesthesia.Then the patients were examined by 3-D MP-RAGE sequence scanning.The volume image data of MP-RAGE sequence had been input to workstation to determine surgery targets and ideal puncture approach.1 day after surgery,the patients were reexamined by SWI scanning to check needle track and the position of puncture target.Results Among the patients,20 patients' images of MP-RAGE sequence had high quality,and 2 patients' were not very well but still can display malacia and normal brain structure.The needle tracks after surgery were in agreement with designed puncture approach before surgery.All needle tracks were successfully kept away from the cerebral ventricle and malacia.There were no intracranial hemorrhage and infarct for 22 patients after surgery.Conclusion MP-RAGE sequence before surgery can be used to design puncture approach expediently and show the brain structure and lesion clearly so that it has high clinical application value.
