摘要
高校民族大学生面对严峻的就业形势,应当转变择业观念,树立正确的就业意识,回乡就业、创业,以改变民族地区的贫困面貌为己任,实现自己的就业目标。高校的"大学生就业指导"课,应当从理论和实践两个层面,加强对大学生的创业教育,培育创业意识,提高创业能力,为大学生的成功创业做好充分的准备。
Faced with a tough job market,ethnic students in the universities should change their employment concepts and establish a correct sense of employment--to run their own business or get a job in their hometown. Maybe they could change the face of poverty in minority areas of responsibility and achieve their employment goals. In the the ＂Employment Guidance＂ course,the teacher should strengthen entrepreneurship education for college students,cultivate entrepreneurship awareness and improve entrepreneurial ability to make enough preparations for running their own business.
