摘要
当前市场机制在大学生就业过程中发挥着基础性配置作用。从教育供给侧的角度来看,西部地区少数民族大学毕业生受教育背景、专业选择和专业知识水平等多个因素的影响,在就业竞争中处于劣势。要提升少数民族大学毕业生的就业机会,必须构建融合开放的民族教育体系,培育良好的民族教育生态系统,提升民族类院校的人才培养质量,改善民族地区基础教育落后状况。
The market mechanism had played an essential role in the configuration of graduates employment. From the perspective of the education supply-side, the education background, the choice of major and the professional knowledge level of the minority graduates were weak in the competition of employment. To improve the employment of the minoity graduates, it should establish the open and syncretic ethnic education system, cultivate the good ecology of ethnic education, advance the talents cultivation quality of colleges and universities for ethnic students, and promote the backward condition of primary education in ethnic minority areas.
