摘要
根据田野调查所获取的材料,对中越边城都龙镇跨境民族的语言使用情况进行了全面分析和归纳,得出三点结论:母语与兼用语和谐发展将成为都龙镇跨境民族语言生活的基本走向;我国民族语文政策应该考虑跨境语言的特殊性;中越跨境民族语言和谐将为"一带一路"战略的实施提供语言服务。
This paper bases on the first-hand materials of field investigation,analyzes and summarizes the usage of ethnic language in the China-Vietnam boarder town Dulong, summarizes three conclusions： ethnic language and Chinese language will be long-term used and harmonious development at the same time in Dulong town. The national language policy of our country should consider the particularity of cross-border languages. Cross-border ethnic language harmony will provide language services to ＂one Belt,one Road＂ strategy.
